I feel as though you sincerely care about all of us meeting our fitness goals and maintaining good health. I read the handouts you provide us with Christopher and we discuss getting our minds right for establishing and maintaining better eating(snacking) habits. We took one of your list with us to Publix yesterday! Your clients are cool and I am so happy to see your business doing well. I have been working out with Jill for over 6 years. Her energy is contagious. I must say I can attribute my good mental and physical health to following her instructions to exercise on a regular basis, eat the right foods and right portions, and to also take dietary supplements. She lives what she talks about! We don't always do what we should do on a regular basis but if we implement half of what Jill has instructed us to do, over the years our health and weight concerns would be fewer.
As I get closer to my retirement age,I appreciate Jill more and more. She keeps me focused on better health which in turn will assure me more enjoyable retirement years.

Jill Miller is a great trainer! I started working out with her at a gym in College Park, GA where she was a trainer and aerobics instructor. We both have grown together. I'm so glad I followed Jill to her OWN fitness center in Fairburn, GA. Now she's able to really get to know her clients and build relationships! She keeps me motivated and is a great people person. She helped me lose 30 pounds to date and she pushes me to the limit. We do cardio, weight training and sculpting. She definitely gives you a total body workout. I highly recommend Jill Miller if you are looking for a fantastic trainer.
