Total Body Workout Group Sessions: 9:00am, 5:00 and 6:00pm Mon, Wed and Thurs.
Saturdays at 9:00 am.
Kickboxing Group Session: 6:00pm Tuesday
CROSS X: Combatives Class Sessions: 7:30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays..an intensive, explosive Martial Atrs workout! Designed for clients ready for a Challenge and want to learn more about self-defense. Excellent training for MEN, WOMEN, AND KIDS.
