Welcome to Jill Miller’s Fit Camp/Workshop for Kids! A powerfully fun and effective workout that will lift your learners spirits and strengthen their heart, muscles, and core. They will get a healthy dose of nutritional tips, cardio, strength, and stretch moves. Your child will leave class feeling energized, motivated and refreshed.
CURRENTLY TRAINING KIDS AT 5pm on MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS ONLY $5 per session
Each session PROVIDES Cardio, Strength Training, Agility, Conditioning and AB Training
