Personal Training
I provide one on one personal training where I am able to taylor a workout plan just for your specific fitness and health needs. Each one on one session will help you to reach your goals through paricipation in cardio, sculpt, abdominal, weight training sessions. Monthly training will consist of 12 -60minute personal training sessions. You will receive nutritional eating tips and full body measurements.
